About the Artist

Gony’s love for music started with a toy guitar from his grandfather—and he’s been chasing that spark ever since. By 7th grade he was already playing paid gigs at school dances in Livermore. Even during his years in the U.S. Air Force, a guitar was always by his side.

After college and a stint in the corporate world, he jumped back into performing—solo, duo, trio, full bands—you name it. He’s played everywhere: dive bars, biker bars, beach bars, backyards, weddings, riversides, fancy hotels, and everything in between. Some standout stages include The Tollhouse Hotel, The Inn at Death Valley, The Hula Grill in Maui, and Hayes Mansion.

Today, Gony is rocking venues across the Bay Area as a powerhouse singer‑guitarist and one‑man band, mixing crowd‑pleasing covers with original music. As the Rolling Stones say: “It’s only rock and roll—but I like it.”
