✨VIP Admission Ticket Price: $255 (includes: a table for up to 8 people, 8 tickets into the event, & a bottle of 2019 Merlot & 2023 Sauvignon Blanc)
✨6-Top Table Admission Ticket Price: $155 (includes: a table for up to 6 people, 6 tickets into the event)
✨4-Top Table Admission Ticket Price: $105(includes: a table for up to 4 people, 4 tickets into the event)

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, we’ve implemented updated policies for our R&B Nights in response to challenges encountered during 2025 events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please note the following guidelines:
🍷No outside alcohol permitted – violators will be asked to leave the premises.
🍷Only transparent bags are allowed for entry.
🍷No ice chests or coolers permitted.
🍷No open containers maybe brought onto the property.
🍷No large food platters allowed.
🍷Pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome.
🍷Ticketed events are 21+ only – valid ID required for entry
🍷All ticket sales are FINAL – no refunds will be issued.
🍷Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the estate. Guest who violate this policy will be asked to stop; failure to comply may result in removal.
🍷We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated, abusive, or aggressive. No refunds will be provided is such cases.
