Nestled at the foot of Mt. Diablo in Contra Costa County, Hannah Nicole Vineyards & Winery carries forward the rich, century‑old heritage of winemaking in one of California’s most celebrated farming communities. As a landmark winery in the Bay Area, we honor this legacy while crafting wines that reflect the beauty and character of our land.
Our vineyards thrive under warm summer days, cool evening breezes, and the powerful winds that sweep in from the nearby Sacramento Delta. Combined with our distinctive clay‑loam soils, these conditions create grapes with vibrant acidity, balanced structure, and an elegant freshness that shines through in every glass.

| - For small, intimate weddings, consider taking over the tasting room. This elegantly appointed space gives you so many options and, of course, our first class wine bar will be at your fingertips! Rich woods and beautiful tones are sure to make your event feel luxurious! And for some outdoor space, you can open the French doors for access to our terrace and lawns! | |||
Additional Information:
- To secure your preferred date, it’s necessary to provide a signed agreement and a deposit payment equivalent to 35% of the package price. A further payment of 50% of the package price will be due three months ahead of your event, with the remaining balance payable 30 days before your event date.
- To ensure compliance with our policies, we kindly request a certificate of liability insurance worth 1 million dollars from your organization, naming Hannah Nicole Vineyards, LLC as an additional insured party. Please ensure that this is submitted 30 days before your scheduled event. If you require assistance in obtaining this insurance, our sales staff will be pleased to offer their support.
- To reserve the venue for your event, a security deposit of $1,000 is mandatory. The deposit shall be refunded upon completion of the event, provided that no damages or additional charges have been incurred.
- We request that a caterer from our preferred vendor list be utilized. It’s important to note that external food (unless sourced through a licensed caterer) and beverages are prohibited.
- Only wine and beer can be served during the event.
- Hannah Nicole Vineyards & Winery requires a credit card to be placed on file upon contract signing.
- Initial setup fee begins at $200; setup fee may change based on event size.
- Exceeding the scheduled time by every 15 minutes will result in a $500 additional fee, plus 20% gratuity charge to eh credit card on file.
Our Preferred Vendors
At Hannah Nicole Vineyards, we place a significant emphasis on quality. We have meticulously screened our professionals to guarantee that we always meet the highest standards of service. While catering is required to be from our preferred vendors, other vendors are recommended but not mandatory. Should you choose one of our preferred vendors, you can trust in the knowledge that you will be expertly taken care of by some of the most skilled industry professionals who have an extensive understanding of our property.
