The HNV Vine Society

By enrolling in The HNV Vine Society, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Overview
🍷Enrollment in The HNV Vine Society is complimentary.
🍷Membership requires a minimum one-year commitment, which includes four scheduled wine shipments beginning from the date of enrollment.

Cancellation Policy
🍷 Early cancellation prior to fulfilling the one-year term will result in charges for any remaining shipments and benefits already redeemed.
🍷 All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to wineclub@hnvwines.com and received at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled billing date.
🍷 Members are responsible for all charges incurred prior to the receipt of a valid cancellation notice.

Membership Eligibility & Status
🍷 To maintain eligibility for wine club benefits, members must:
🍷 Remain in active and good standing, with no missing shipments
🍷 Maintain a valid credit card on file
🍷 Be present to redeem benefits, which are non-transferable
🍷 Members may place a hold or suspension on one shipment per calendar year
🍷 Declined credit card transactions will result in automatic suspension of benefits

Shipment Details & Pricing
🍷 All advertised shipment prices are estimates and exclude applicable shipping fees, CRV, and taxes
🍷 Wine selections, pricing, and release dates are subject to change
🍷 Members will be notified via email prior to billing and shipment
🍷 Members opting for will-call pickup must retrieve their wine within 60 days of release; otherwise, the shipment will be sent at the member’s expense

Age & Delivery Requirements
🍷 Wine purchases must be made by individuals 21 years of age or older
🍷 Age verification is required upon delivery
🍷 Failure to verify age, provide accurate delivery information, or repeated missed delivery attempts may result in shipment return or redirection at the customer’s expense
🍷 PO Box deliveries are not permitted, and shipping regulations may vary by state.

Membership Benefits
🍷 Each visit, members enjoy on complimentary tasting or glass or wine, based on the number of bottles included in their membership.
🍷 Complimentary tasting is limited to a monthly allocation for your club level and do not roll over if unused.
🍷 Benefits are non-transferable and must be redeemed in person by the Wine Club member

The Vineyard Tier Benefits
🍷 Members receive one complimentary bottle or wine per month, per membership account, when visiting the winery
🍷 Benefits are non-transferable and must be redeemed in person by the member

Vintner Tasting Experience
🍷 Available once per calendar year for Vineyard Members
🍷 Includes complimentary tasting for the member and up to seven guests (maximum of eight (8) individuals)
🍷 Unused guest spot is forfeited and cannot be carried over
🍷 Reservation is required and subject to availability
🍷 All participants must be 21 years of age or older

Complimentary Concert Ticket Experience
🍷 Available once per calendar year for Vine and Vineyard members
🍷 Includes admission for the member and one guest
🍷 Unused benefits do not carry over to the following year
🍷 If membership is canceled during the calendar year, any redeemed concert tickets will be charged
🍷 Tickets may be transferred to friends or family, subject to availability and advance reservation

Policy Updates
HNV reserves the right to modify Wine Club benefits and terms as needed.  Any changes will be communicated in advance to ensure members can make informed decisions regarding their membership.
